We move, breathe, stretch and slow down after days that can feel both exciting and deeply grounding. Some moments here are vibrant and loud, others are quiet and deeply restorative.

You’ll fall asleep to the sound of waves, wake up with the ocean nearby, experience Ghanaian culture, food and community and maybe also practice patience when things don’t always go as planned.

 

Because this is Ghana: beautiful, vibrant, real and sometimes wonderfully unpredictable.

This retreat is not about perfection. It’s about experiencing something real.

• 1-2 Yoga sessions per day: Soulful Vinyasa, Surf Yoga, Deep Stretch & Yin Yoga classes

• a beautiful yoga shala surrounded by tropical nature 

• cacao ceremony & soulful rituals in a circle of like-minded people

• soundbath with crystal singing bowls and other wonderful instruments

• learn to cook a traditional Ghanaian meal (vegan)

TERM & CONDITIONS

A non-refundable reservation fee of 25% is required to secure your spot.

​

1. The remaining balance must be paid in full within 7 days of booking.
   For bookings made less than 30 days before the start date, we require a 50 % deposit to confirm your reservation.

2. Additional charge of 4% applies to PayPal payments.
