2.3 Legal basis for the collection, processing and use of personal data

3. Transmission of data to third parties

The services we provide sometimes require the involvement of third parties. We have carefully selected these third parties and taken measures to ensure that your personal data is adequately protected. Your data will only be forwarded on the basis of the DS-GVO, in particular to fulfill your order or on the basis of your prior consent.

Order processors commissioned by us (e.g. service providers we use and to whom we make data available, etc) will only receive your data if they need your data to fulfill their respective service. All order processors have been contractually obligated by us to treat your data confidentially and to use it exclusively within the scope of their order.

We also disclose your personal data to our lawyers and similar advisors when we ask them to provide professional advice, to other third parties when we are required to disclose or share your personal data to comply with a legal obligation, to other third parties on the order of a court or authority or investors.

We will not retain your data for longer than is necessary to fulfill our contractual or legal obligations and to defend against any liability claims.

6.2 Right to information

This website uses "cookies" to make the service more user-friendly, effective and secure.

We would like to point out that on this website Google Analytics has been extended by IP anonymization to ensure anonymized collection of IP addresses (so-called IP masking). Through IP anonymization on this website, your IP address will be truncated beforehand by Google within member states of the European Union or in other contracting states of the Agreement on the European Economic Area.

Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transmitted to a Google server in the USA and shortened there. The IP address transmitted by your browser as part of Google Analytics will not be merged with other data from Google.

9. Server log files

In order to optimize this website in terms of system performance, user-friendliness and provision of useful information about our services, the provider of the website automatically collects and stores information in so-called server log files, which your browser automatically transmits to us.
